It's better? if you have a small designated area that's "puppy proofed" or if someone can let them out in the middle of the day, for a (minimum) 30 minute exercise break. Both suggestions only work if before and after being left alone, your dog gets plenty of physical and mental exercise. I don't recommend crating for that long if you have a young puppy.

When I take her to the vet, I put a towel over so she does not get attention from dogs of course they can smell her but at least there is no eye contact.she feels safe and doesnt cry.

"Bear" a German Shepherd is a trained dog now, but he had a few really bad problems(Before), he pulled the owner down the sidewalk like you can't believe, and he would fence fight with other dogs. The video first shows how good he is, then it shows what he used to do.

And yes yes ! My house dog's are barking non-stop, jumping here and there while a stranger just walk pass my house's gate. They are so... aggressive that they banged the wall sometimes. There's one time, one of the dog's head stucked at the steel gate. I was so worry and funny at the same time. LOL
I managed to calm them down by approaching them and pet them if I'm there.
What kind of tricks did you do on those dogs ?

When I take her to the vet, I put a towel over so she does not get attention from dogs of course they can smell her but at least there is no eye contact.she feels safe and doesnt cry.

I taught 2 dogs this fun and challenging trick while staying at their home, while the owners were on Holiday. A program, I offer called, "Doggy Behavior Make-over, Holiday Edition". If I have the time, I'll teach the dog a trick or 2, 3?. Frida, I had 25 days to work on it, Ice only 9 days. I have a video Tutorial on how to teach this trick, located on this channel.
While Hamish's owner was in hospital for 6 days, I picked Hamish up each day, took him to another clients home for 15-20 minutes, to practice how to go both forwards and backwards on the treadmill. Good idea! make sure they don't knock it over while you're gone. put (heavy) chairs around to support it, practice keeping your dog in there while you're home, i.e.. while you watch t.v., read a book, during the night? Don't forget chew toys like nyla bones (no rawhide type) or kongs with treats stuffed inside? good luck?

is that 8-3? It's better? if you have a small designated area that's "puppy proofed" or if someone can let them out in the middle of the day, for a (minimum) 30 minute exercise break. Both suggestions only work if before and after being left alone, your dog gets plenty of physical and mental exercise. I don't recommend crating for that long if you have a young puppy.
