Not only can I run further, faster, but my feet don't get tired from everyday activities like they used to! You don't actually need those toe shoes/barefoot to run properly, though. I'm sure it would take forever to relearn how to run, but it is possible to run properly in regular shoes. Just emulate how you run barefoot and go from there is the only thing I can say. It's not something you can teach.

They weigh 9.5 lbs filled, which doesn't seem like a whole lot, but trust me, it is.
The good thing is you can choke up on the grip if certain exercises are too tough.
