This is going to be lengthy, please read this comment as well as the replies to others. Just because people do it does not mean it is legal; just because people are not caught, does not make what they do legal. Second, I do not think that this was executed well. I know that sometimes people have some fun or whatever, and are just playing around. I was wondering if this was? the case.

@TheFarSideOfNj Copyright infringement really only takes place if you're aiming? to make money off of someone elses work. Whether this is for fun or not, it doesn't matter.

no we did not get? a copyright, but as llamalord89003 said, other corps play stuff as well. last year we played ben folds and didn't have trouble with copyright issues at all. this was both a warm up and for fun. and TheFarSideOfNj: Chopp3dOuT has a point. don't put any extra energy into something that's out of your control.
