If you were to have a car like this in America, I think that you would be pleasantly surprised by consumer feedback and willingness to buy the product. SUV capabilities + fuel efficiency = the perfect all around car.

I've noticed alot that companies like Honda, Nissan, and Chrysler don't even focus on the car in the ad, but rather the enjoyment of watching it or feeling a sense of pride of owning a piece? of that company. Why do you think the Japanese, and? now Korean cars are out selling the Germans? Frequency of repair! Look at any long term owners survey and you'll see how bad they get after about 60k miles. I had numerous VW owners who finally got smart and traded their VW in for a Toyota, Nissan, etc. VW's perform well WHEN THEY ARE RUNNING. They just simply don't hold up!
