Dorian retired from professional bodybuilding 15 years ago, there's no need for him to keep using steroids for size if he's not competing anymore. For? 50 years old I think he looks great and is in much better shape than the majority of men his age.

Moreover, traditional HIT work outs are much more cut? and dry and you wont see multiple angles in one day on a chest work out unless you are doing a specialized chest work out like this one. I also don't believe you can completely exhaust the muscle fibers in the chest from one angle - its a big muscle

if your right, then why is there more than one working set for every? muscle? decline bench press, incline bench press and flyes work the same muscle. (same muscle fibers been torn again in every exercise)

I've been reading a lot of comments from people baffled by "ONLY DOING ONE WORKING SET?!?!" you guys need to realize that one set to failure is undoubtedly adequate and superior to multiple working? sets. Research a little about muscle fiber - once all 3 phases have been completely exhausted - do you really think more sets will further exhaust those muscle fibers? you're pretty much cheating yourself out of recovery time if you're using more than one working set. Do some research guys !

whats the point in going to failure with the same movement more than once? do you think anymore muscle fibers will be involved the second or third time? you're pretty much wasting your time beyond? one good set to failure.
