I use mild soap (i.e. baby soap) to wash my face and? every once in a while I use baking soda to do a gentle scrub. I would avoid scrubbing the areas that are most sensitive. I personally don't buy those different creams and washes because they only irritate the skin. Just mild cleanser and and a good moisturizer is enough... well for me anyway. Now I don't know what type of eczema you have, but a lot of times it is something we are coming in contact with which causes our immune system to attack our body causing the dry patches and etc on? our skin. I would try this lotion called Curel (Ultra Healing- for extra dry skin).
