The problem with most dogs is NOT the owner. It is the owners friends and family that come over and invite the dog to jump up.This technique is effective BECAUSE? the dog IS invited. Done correctly you only have to do the two or three times and the dog gets it. Because it is only done a few times it has no effect on trimming nails.
