But that is incorrect training if that were to be done. With all bad behaviours you interrupt (dog stopping the behaviour voluntarily) rewarding for stopping, then owner is to redirect onto something else or take the dog away from the object so it can't think about it anymore. As far as I understand, Emily charges her interrupter cue the same way she charges the clicker, then makes the noise to interrupt undesirable behaviors.
