Been following this simple program for about 3 weeks and I definitively built some muscles. Didn't have much to start with but it got me going? and Im happy I tried it! I'll continue for sure! Cant do the concentration curl so I use some weights on that one. Or you can just use some bags with heavy stuff in them. Works just as well.

I do know a link of a site that gives information and workout plans that you could use in helping you gain lean muscles and achieve the looks you ever wanted.
