Me and friends search for these "mysterious" stone chambers scattered around the northeast in CT, MA, NY, NH...They are supposedly built by Druids or early settlers and some say at least 2000 years old...I am really not positive. Ancient stone megolith called balanced rock, possibly built for ritual purposes, but some geologists think it is a glacier erratic...who knows?

yeah, ...it also gets filled up with a lot of water in the? spring, and some of that stuff could have been floating around down there for a long time. Always had a lot of boards and stuff laying around in it even when I was a kid.
