I guess you? people probably ride crotch rockets and of course this bike is not going to compare to them. I had a 1400 cruiser before this and I would ride the 650 every day compared to the cruiser. Also, it is not a scooter in the usual sense because the engine is not mounted to the swingarm. It has a motorcycle style suspension/drivetrain but just a scooter style transmission and seating position. It should be an awesome crossover. Let me know if you find a review of it. The 150cc was agile, and I could throw it around a lot. The 400 is like riding a cow. It loafs down the road. But, yes, it seems a lot of them do slippage or don't have immediate power. I went to the Scooting the Ozarks rally in Sept in Eureka Springs Ar and handled all the rides with ease. In full auto the power button can be used to slow down into the turns with out having to use a lot of brake. I also used the manual? side to shift in and out of the turns.
