If your wrist/hand needs to be strengthened, start off on the floor without the ball and gradually add the med ball or basketball as your strength increases. You shouldn't be feeling? any pain in your joints.

ok seriously, i was doing the oblique workout and i was wondering do have to use the medicine ball? because i tried using the basketball and it keeps slipping after 15-20 or so seconds and i? cant get the full workout in. I have a bad wrist in my right hand so is the med. ball more stable? or do i even have to use a ball?? pls get back at me SOG thnks
