I use mild soap (i.e. baby soap) to wash my face and every once in a while I use baking soda to do a gentle scrub. I would avoid scrubbing the areas that are most sensitive. I personally don't buy those different creams and washes because they only irritate the skin. Just mild cleanser and and a good? moisturizer is enough... well for me anyway.
