That's awesome. I wish I had to opportunity to train with you. Thanks again for your countless tips and training? video's. While I still can't do a one handed Australian pull up, I can and do one legged squats with my 22 Lbs basketball. You rule!

The fighters that I train aren't charged anything to train here. We are often at the boxing gym,? but if we work from the garage, it is just another day of training. They don't pay to use the place.

I have PVC parallettes (which are shown in the video). Surprisingly, the cost is not much different. I also wouldn't suggest changing out lengths as parallettes are best permanently attached with PVC cement. This is particularly true if you are going to be working with handstands. Having both parallettes and these handles, I much prefer the handstand pushup handles. I don't work for Home Depot so I have nothing to gain either way. I like these handles and wouldn't trade? them for any PVC handle.

PVC pipes are probably a lot cheaper and easier to throw together. I use PVC parallettes for this kind of thing. It's pretty trivial to adjust the height or length with different pipes if you want them? to look more like the ones in the video.
