I have E8400 and 250GTS 1GB and it can sometimes lag horribly, the FPS was like 3 for some moments.It all depends on how you destroy buildings.Sometimes it barely lags at all. Mostly its fine, but when that big house collapses, most PCs will lag, even the ones that can run Crysis :P I recorded this video more than once, because it lagged so bad that you literally had like 5 FPS during collapse.
