Erne with a dinghy, net and over 40 fish. Poles car was impounded. The fish were put in the trunk until the guy got out of jail and got his car which was destroyed due to rotting fish in the trunk!

Maybe the way to go here is to find a suitable solution for all cultures, rather than enforcing our 'law' onto theirs. There has to be some middle path we can take. Even if it prooves futile in the end, it's worth a try.
1) Certain lakes, stretches of river/canal,? being made available to 'catch and keep'.
2) Greater supply of garbage bins, and them being emptied more often.
3) Encourage anglers to use their 'mobile phone video' to take shots of illeagal fishing methods
