Try to do a search ( under the UDK folder of course ) of the .ini files and delete the "UTEditorUserSettings.ini".
By doing this all the settings go back to default, maybe you activate some strange import option!
Anyway try to update Softimage and check if there are improvements...bye!

In my last try something? crazy happened because i always export both selected objects out to the .dae File and in my last try the grid was 80x80x0 and the Cube was still 1x1x1 !!!
how can that be??
My first thought was that maybe i should update to Softimage 2010 SP1.
I mean i work since more than 17 Years with 3D Software and more than 6 years with XSI.

First of all thank you for the really fast replay.
I tryed a lot of things in the meanwhile to make it work.
My meshes are freezed,? SRT is on 111 and the rest on 000.
Not even clusters, just constant materials.
I saved the .dae files everytime with a different name and deleted even the ExportCrosswalkOptions in the Explorer.
Also in UDK i created everytime a different package with the different .dae files.

I've currently updated my crosswalk version in Softimage 2010 and everything looks fine, I mean that if I scale everything in my scene and export again the object is scaled the way I want....well, seems obvious, but did you reload your mesh into UDK? or did you try to delete it and reimport again? all I do is usually just use the "Freeze all transforms" ( Scale goes to 1,1,1 - move and rotate goes to 0 automatically ) and everything works fine...let me know :)

I have a question about size and Dimension.
I have a simple scene with a Cube on a mesh.
Export works really fine and everything else.
BUT no matter how big i scale my exported Meshes, UDK sets them always to the same size!
Everything is freezed all? operator stacks and also the "Set neutral pose" is done correctly.
What do i wrong?
Only difference is that i use Collada 4.1
