100 pound dumbbell press First Attempt (GETTING STONGER!)

This is my first time trying to do 100lb dumbbell press went pretty well but the camera cut off by the 5th rep .. i did 6 total i think i could have done 7. My wrist were sore the next day so im going to take it easy just wanted to give them a try

Counting Calories and my new food scale

Just recently began tracking calories because i have been stuck at the same weight for 2weeks now so i decided to see how many calories im actually taking in and making sure i reach certain numbers.. I recommend downloading myfitness pal app on your cell phone (android or iphone) if you dont have those then go to myfitnesspal.com

Max Bench Press day - Testing my strength gains

Me and My friend Chris testing our max bench press i set a new personal record im seeing some good strength gains i have increased my strength these past 2months. Im going to set a goal of at least 3 plates (315lbs). In my opinion the weight i hit in the video is great compared to my body weight.

Bulking Update and whats been working for me

This is my bulk update and simply saying what i changed that has made a difference for me so far i have put on 5pounds since dec 2011.. as you can see im looking pretty much the same from the transformation vid two weeks ago need a bigger chest, shoulders, and deeper V-cuts.
Have been seeing strength gains will do measurements but ill gap out the time to give my body time to grow

How to do a muscle up pull up

How to do a muscle up pullup. Its not to hard when you get the technique down.. doing normal pullups is a great practice to build up to doing a muscle up. If your just starting out don't be afraid to use momentum to help you doing them with dead weight is much more difficult.

yea? im not bulking too dirty tho .. i still focus on eating well for the most part but its hard to eat clean and hit my calorie goals lol junk food is easy calories but i try to keep it minimal
